What actually singer Aima Baig said in an old interview

Pakistani famous female singer Aima Baig old interview has made quite a buzz on social media despite the Baazi singer clarifying the controversy.

Her old interview with Samina Peerzada put her in hot waters. Many claimed that the singer admitted that her first crush her own brother who is seven years older than her. Later she addressed the controversy, saying that it was a pure work of yellow journalism.

According to Baig, she had a crush on her brother’s friend who seven years older than him and she was just 10 years old at that time.

Aima Baig is known for her appearances on Private channel ’ program Mazaaq Raat from 2015 to 2017. She rose to fame from her songs in Lahore Se Aagey (2016), after which she gained popularity through many other soundtracks and her appearance in Coke Studio. She was awarded Tamgha-e-Fakhre-Imtiaz in August 2019.
