The Balochistan government has stepped forward to honor and reward Shahzaib Rind, the karate champion whose recent victory over his Indian counterpart in Dubai has garnered widespread acclaim.

Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti extended a warm welcome to Shahzaib Rind, captain of the Karate Combat team, in Quetta. Bugti conveyed heartfelt congratulations to Rind for his remarkable achievement against India, underscoring the significance of his triumph.

In recognition of Rind’s exceptional performance, the government has announced several rewards. These include a government job, a substantial cash award of Rs2 million, sponsorship for overseas training, and coverage of travel expenses.

“Shahzaib Rind is a source of immense pride for Balochistan and Pakistan,” remarked Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti during the meeting. “His victory highlights the abundance of world-class talent within our region. We must nurture and support such talented individuals.”

In response to the government’s gesture, Shahzaib Rind expressed gratitude and reaffirmed his commitment to continue bringing glory to the nation through his sporting prowess.
