UAE Ambassador hosts dinner in honour of Sindh govt’s officials

KARACHI: The Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to Pakistan has hosted a dinner in honour of senior officials of the Sindh government, politicians, and other important personalities in which Pakistan-UAE relations were discussed.

According to the details, UAE Ambassador Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Al-Zaabi hosted a dinner in Karachi, which attended by Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, and Local Government Minister Nasir Hussain Shah.

The Labor Minister of Sindh, Saeed Ghani, and the Speaker of Sindh Assembly, Agha Siraj Durrani, along with important people from countries like Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman attended a dinner hosted by the Emirati ambassador.

Hamad Al-Zaabi arranged a supper at the home of Emirates’ representative in Karachi, Bakhit Al-Rumiti. Many important officials and businessmen went there.

During the dinner, issues of bilateral interest including Pakistan-Arab Emirates relations discussed. Discussions also held on the promotion of bilateral trade, new trade projects, and financial assistance to Pakistan.

The Emirati ambassador said during a talk that he always feels happy when he visits Karachi. The people of Karachi love their home so much, they never feel far away from it.
