Sharif family praise British-Pakistan student Mahnoor Cheema

Mahnoor Cheema, a British-Pakistani girl who achieved a record 34 passes on her GCSE exams, met with Shehbaz Sharif and Nawaz Sharif in London.

Mahnoor Cheema, 16, established a world record in her General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) exams by earning A* grades in 34 courses. The PML-N leaders congratulated her and wished her the best of luck in the future.

Mahnoor received high appreciation from Nawaz Sharif, who referred to her as the pride of the Pakistani people and the daughter of Pakistan. With her talent and knowledge, he claimed, she has not only made Pakistan well-known throughout the world. But her accomplishment would also be remembered as a turning point for girls’ education in Pakistan.

Mahnoor praised Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif for their contributions to Pakistan’s prosperity and education. She also received a laptop as a gift from Nawaz Sharif.

After the meeting, former prime minister Shehbaz Sharif said on the social media platform X that it is always encouraging to meet brilliant young minds like Mahnoor Cheema.

Mahnoor has made us all proud by receiving A* grades in a variety of disciplines. Including math, astronomy, french, and Latin. He has also set a wonderful example for our youngsters. “Over the past ten years. I have encountered a lot of talented and tenacious students, from Inam Ullah of the Danish School to Malala. Who serve as an inspiration to children from all walks of life. More Pakistanis would undoubtedly motivated to shine and realize their aspirations by these extraordinary success stories, the former leader predicted.
