Postmortem report of Mehak Fatima reveals torture, rape

FAISALABAD: The preliminary postmortem report of Mehak Fatima, 7, who was thought to have died from physical abuse, has identified symptoms of rape, injuries, and child abuse, according to the private news channel on Saturday. Mehak was thought to have died from physical abuse.
