PESHAWAR – Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, the chairman of the PTI, declared on Thursday that the party would appeal the Peshawar High Court’s (PHC) decision to remove the bat symbol to the Supreme Court.
Speaking to the media on Wednesday, he said that the removal of the election symbol was questionable because the Supreme Court had previously declared that doing so would dissolve the PTI.
According to him, the ruling will set the stage for corruption and horse trading. “At all costs, we will not boycott the elections. This verdict will not accepted by the country. “I believe the verdict was announced too quickly,” he continued.
