Hollywood power couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have once again captured the spotlight, this time for their extravagant real estate pursuits. The pair, who recently reignited their romance, have been spotted on the hunt for a new home in New York City, following their acquisition of a lavish mansion in Los Angeles.

Reportedly situated in the prestigious Beverly Hills neighborhood, the sprawling mansion was previously owned by Indian business scions Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal. Spanning an impressive 38,000 square feet, the palatial residence boasts 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and an array of luxury amenities, including an indoor pickleball court, gym, salon, spas, and a 155-foot-long inground infinity pool. Additionally, the property features an outdoor kitchen and expansive lawns, perfect for hosting guests in style.

Jennifer and Ben reportedly finalized the purchase of the Los Angeles mansion last June, forking out a staggering sum of over $61 million (approximately INR 5 billion). Ben, who previously owned a property in Pacific Palisades, sold his residence for $28.5 million in 2022, while Jennifer parted ways with her Bel-Air estate for $34 million last October.

Interestingly, the Los Angeles mansion holds sentimental value for its former owners, Isha and Anand. The couple, who exchanged vows in a lavish ceremony in 2018, spent a significant portion of Isha’s pregnancy at the luxurious abode in 2022. The mansion served as a serene retreat for the couple, who welcomed their twins, Krishna and Aditya, in November of the same year.

While the Los Angeles mansion holds cherished memories for the Ambani-Piramal family, Jennifer and Ben are poised to embark on a new chapter in their opulent new abode.
