ISLAMABAD: On Sunday, a sugarcane-laden trolley collided with the car of Rana Sanaullah, the leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-N and former interior minister. Fortunately, Sanaullah and his family were not injured.

As per the reports, the accident happened while Rana Sanaullah was traveling back to Faisalabad from Lahore. Three cars were damaged when the trolley driver lost control of his vehicle and collided with Rana Sanaullah’s car.

According to the sources, Rana Sanaullah and his family members are safe and unharmed.

They claimed that after the police arrived, they cleared the accident-related traffic bottleneck.

Senior PML-N member Rana Sanaullah is the president of the party in Punjab. He held the position of Pakistan’s 39th interior minister from April 2022 to August 2023. From August 2018 to August 2023, he served as a member of the Pakistani National Assembly as well.
